What we do

The Human Resources team supports the people side of LiU Formula Student. Their focus is to help the organization recruit effectively, onboard new members, strengthen leadership, and create an environment where team members can grow and perform well together.

The subgroup develops structures and resources that make collaboration healthier and more sustainable. This includes documentation, training material, leadership support, and processes for handling communication challenges or interpersonal issues in a constructive way.

By improving how the team works together, Human Resources contributes directly to long-term performance. A strong organization is built not only on technical excellence, but also on trust, clarity, and good leadership, and this team helps make that possible.
