Our organisation and teams

Here you can read more about our organisation. The President is responsible for the whole organisation and make sure we are going in the right direction. The management each overlook an area in the team e.g. finances or electrical. They don’t have teams of their own, except the marketing director and HR manager who are team leaders for their corresponding teams. The Team leaders each have their own team who are experts in their own area. The amount of teams and their focus might change from year to year depending on what the focus is for the project. In the organisation we also have project leaders who are in charge of smaller areas.
