The event team’s task is to arrange the internal events for the association during the year. This means brainstorming, planning and executing team building activities, celebrating events etc. with the goal to make sure the members are having fun outside the association’s working hours. No organisational events or traditions are set and thus, there is a lot of opportunity to arrange fun and creative events for the members!
The event team members will come with ideas on activities and events and then plan and prepare for these events. They will also execute the practical tasks in order for these events to happen. This means for example communicating with the HR- and marketing team, book locations and arranging necessary or fun accessories and decorations etc.
