About the Company:

We are a Formula Student team consisting of motivated students from various disciplines, with a passion for engineering, innovation and teamwork. Our team competes in national and international competitions, with a goal of designing, building and racing a single-seater race car.

About the Role:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Office Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the team’s administrative tasks, ensuring that the team operates efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the team’s office
  • Manage the team’s schedule and coordinate team meetings and events
  • Maintain and organize the team’s documents and files
  • Manage the team’s budget and financial records
  • Process team expenses and purchase orders
  • Manage team correspondence and communication with external partners and sponsors
  • Manage team member onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain inventory and order office supplies as needed
  • Ensure that the team operates in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in office administration, preferably in a volunteer or academic setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • A passion for motorsports and engineering
  • Experience in a similar role in a Formula Student team is preferred but not required
